Abstract
The Corona virus has revealed a state of human weakness in facing it, and
it has also revealed the absence of attention on the part of countries in the
science of crisis management and the absence of strategic planning, and the
weakness of strategic leaders in most countries of the world, and that the
spread of this virus in the way we lived will inevitably affect the future of
the world, and that the world is beyond Corona will inevitably not be the
same as it was before Corona, and since the crisis is complex and
intertwined, so its treatment must be a comprehensive and integrated
treatment among the countries of the whole world, and the research aims to
highlight the potential for the strategic leadership's contribution to
managing the Corona crisis, and the research is talking about the future
vision of a post-world Corona.
Study design: Study design of article is descriptive study
Results: This study found that leaders at the strategic level must develop < br />insight, wisdom, and the ability to think outside the box and they must be
able to relate and synthesize ideas, and that strategic leaders must have the
ability to consciously sense opportunities that are distant - opportunities that
are not clear to others -, and it includes Identifying such opportunities, the
ability to explore and see what is unfamiliar, through a comprehensive view
of the system, and this view must be reflected in their willingness to
evaluate ideas in terms of their value to the system, not just their function,
and to envision the features of the strategic leadership of the post-Covid-19
world.
